Shipping policy

We make every effort to fulfill orders and quickly as possible.  For in-stock products, please allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders to be processed and shipped.  Shipping times for limited edition, custom, and promotional products may vary and will be clearly indicated before you finalize your order.

We ship from Cincinnati, OH and offer free shipping worldwide.  

International orders may be subject to import taxes and duties.  Queen City Watch Company cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package.  You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. 

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address.  We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
