Our Designs

Queen City Watch Company was created to provide our customers with classy, well-made watches at a reasonable price.  We recognize that a great watch commands attention without being flashy or gaudy, and is versatile enough to wear with a casual everyday outfit or a tailored suit on special occasions.  We create our timepieces with simple, timeless designs that pay homage to the classic definition of "cool".

Our Collections

As a small company, our goal is to provide a high quality timepiece that exceeds our customers' expectations.  To ensure that we can maintain our precise quality standards, each model will be limited to 150 watches per year.

Our Inspiration

Our company was established in Cincinnati, OH which is nestled along the Ohio River.  Cincinnati has been nicknamed "the Queen City" since the 1800s when it was a major global seaport and the sixth-largest city in the US.  The Queen City is known for its music, art, and culture as well as its long tradition of watch-making.    

As a black-owned business, we have a special affection toward the Queen City because it represented freedom for countless Black people who escaped slavery in the American south.  The Queen City was an epicenter of the Underground Railroad, and became a refuge for thousands of former slaves who made Cincinnati their home.  

Queen City Watch Company is shaped by Cincinnati's rich heritage.  We function with the strength and integrity of those escaped slaves who fled to the Queen City to find freedom.  And we infuse our watches with the love of art and culture that gave Cincinnati, and our company, it's name.
