If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund - no stress, no hassle.

EU customers:  additional legal withdrawal rights may apply.

 

Easy Returns

Getting a return started is simple:

• Contact us at service@queencitywatch.com to request a return
• Send the item back in its original condition, unworn and unused, in it's original packaging
• We'll take care of the rest

We'll guide you through the process step-by-step.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Most refunds are processed within 10 business days

You'll receive a confirmation once your refund has been completed.

• Item must be in unused, unworn, original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us right away if it arrives damaged or incorrect.  We'll make it right!
