Where are Queen City Watches made?

We source our watch components from reputable sources throughout the US, Europe and Asia. All design, final assembly, and quality control is done in Cincinnati, OH.

How long does it take for my items to ship?

In-stock items ship within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Are Queen City Watches waterproof?

All of our watches are waterproof up to 5 ATM, however we recommend avoiding contact with water if your watch has a leather strap.

How long is the warranty on Queen City Watches?

All of our watches come with a one year warranty, effective on the date of receipt. This warranty does not cover any damage caused through neglect, accidental damage, carelessness, improper use, or improper servicing.
